Restoration is a process.

At Harbor Home, we know the women coming to our program have been through a long and difficult journey to reach the point of deciding to pursue help, and we know that restoration doesn’t happen overnight. We designed Harbor Home to provide support and accountability throughout the process of finding freedom from addiction and destructive lifestyles.

From the past ten years, we have seen the power of hope and transformation at work in the lives of our “Harbor Girls” as they go through our residency program. Our Christ-centered three phase process helps each woman identify core wounds behind their addiction, equips with skills and connections to live freely and independently, and to maintain sobriety after graduation from the program.

No one should navigate life’s storms alone.

Our team exists to rally around the women seeking change through Harbor Home. With many of us having gone through the process of pursuing our own freedom, we know first hand the struggles being faced and are uniquely qualified and committed to helping women find freedom. Harbor Home provides a community and network of guidance to each woman that walks through our doors.

Take the First Step

Our Programs

We provide a Christ-centered Biblical approach to freedom from any behaviors and lifestyles that would keep a woman trapped in addiction. We provide classes, accountability, counseling, mentoring and more with every aspect of our program designed to come alongside each woman with her own unique set of circumstances, helping them navigate to a new life of freedom.

How It Works

Step 1

In the first 6-7 months, we show them the unconditional love of Christ, providing safe shelter and a program that helps each woman find their identity, worth and value.

Phase 1 programs and classes helping them identify and heal from trauma, both inflicted by others and inflicted upon themselves. They learn about addiction and how it easily entraps and they gain life skills to help them navigate walking in a new sense of purpose and meaning as they move into Phase 2, back into working in the community with more opportunities for personal growth.

Take the First Step

Step 2

In Phase 2, our residents move to our Phase 2 home and find gainful employment within the local community. They learn life skills, create healthy habits and learn to navigate healthy relationships.

During this time, they attend weekly classes, pay back any fines and/or restitution, save up for vehicles and prepare a nest egg that will help them when they are ready to move into their own homes. Some enroll in college or trade schools as they prepare for a new career or finish degrees they had already started. We work with each individual and her own goals to help create a workable plan of sustainability and success as she phases into her life of freedom.

Step 3

In Phase 3, mentoring and counseling are still available to them should they wish to stay connected and have a family of support for years to come.

Help light the way to freedom.
