Larry Ward
​CEO, The Harbor Home​

​Larry Ward has been a pastor and mentor and counselor to many in the past 30 years of ministry. As CEO of The Harbor Home, he is actively involved in all aspects of building and property management at The Harbor. He brings the administrative skills needed along with the compassion and caring that is necessary to work with people in recovery from addiction.

​Pastor Larry’s vision of helping men and women that struggle with addiction and poor lifestyle choices in a practical way, led to the opening of The Harbor Home for Women. Administration, Vision, Compassion and Caring are the qualities that Pastor Larry uses every day as he leads the ministry at Harbor Home.

​Dana Davin-Ward
​Executive Director

“Mamma D” as she is called, is a woman on a mission to provide an environment and the resources needed to empower women of all ages to “power up” with the Word of God, Life Principles for Success and Change Your Mind…Change Your Life programs. Having led Isaiah 30:18 Ministries non-profit ministry in book, Bible studies and building a team to teach in the women’s prisons, Dana has a heart for broken women and their children. She is passionate about the mission of teaches, counsels and mentors both women in the program and the graduates as they seek to embark upon a new way of living. She calls it “living life with Power, Passion and Purpose.”

​​Dana Davin-Ward is the other half of the Ward equation, being the wife of CEO, Larry Ward. Together their vision to help broken women helped make The Harbor Home a reality. She is the main spokesperson on behalf of  The Harbor Home for Women and loves to share her passion for this mission with churches, small groups, businesses and civic organizations. She works with the staff at Harbor Home to create fun and inspiring fundraising events where our girls can learn to serve and have fun living this new life in Christ.

​​Lauralise Shaddock
​Program Director

Lauralise brings great perspective and experience to The Harbor Home. Having once been an addict herself, she now works daily with the residents of The Harbor Home to provide exciting programs and opportunities for healing, learning and growing along with bringing her musical and creative arts talents to the table. She has a true heart of understanding and compassion along with the tough love skills needed to help facilitate change in the lives of our Harbor Girls.

​Lauralise is committed and dedicated to helping each woman discover and fulfill her true purpose, both while a resident and after graduation.  

​She is a teacher, mentor and true champion of women seeking a new life free from addiction. Lauralise is the “heartbeat” of The Harbor Home, embodying the qualities of mercy and grace. Contact Lauralise to learn more about our Freedom Express program that we take to churches and organizations around the State of Arkansas and to learn more about our curriculum in both Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Dottie Mangrum
​Phase 2 Program Director

​As a graduate from the Harbor Home program, Dottie Mangrum knows what it takes to navigate the next phase of life after finding freedom in Christ through The Harbor Home program.  She teaches, mentors and helps facilitate the day to day schedules of the women who have moved into our Phase 2 home.  With classes  on finance and budgeting, healthy relationships and walking out their freedom day by day as they re-enter the workforce, Dottie is there to work with our Phase 2 residents, giving them the support and encouragement that they need.

Then throughout the week she works with each resident, helping them in their search for jobs, housing and anything needed to move them into their new direction.  

Dottie is a bright light and is full of wisdom. Having come from the world of addiction and having phased back into “civilian” life, she brings so much to the table. Her wisdom, guidance and patience make our Phase 2 program a great success!

​Kenny Shaddock
​Pastor & Administrative Assistant

Pastor Kenny brings assistance to our CEO and Pastor Larry Ward and mentors and teaches our Phase 1 residents. Kenny helps coordinate all aspects of ground maintenance and is additional support to our Harbor Home Handy Helpers. Everyone loves Pastor Kenny!

Heather Goforth
​Business Administrator

Heather Goforth has her own freedom story and is passionate about the Harbor Home mission of bringing women out of the darkness of addiction and into the light of the power of Christ. She is a graduate of Central Baptist College with a degree in Business Administration. She works closely with our CPA firm to make sure that all donations and expenses are managed property.

Linda Janes
​Community Outreach Liason 

Linda Janes has a creative mind, a sharp wit and great communication skills. She works closely with Executive   Director to bring great special events annually to help support our Harbor Home program.  Linda also works to procure grants and other funding for expansion and operations. Linda is actively involved in community outreach and is a great asset to our ministry. A graduate of our Harbor Home Phase 1 program, Linda is working to rebuild a successful life with her husband and children and is a great asset to our team and to the funding of our current and future plans.
